Image Converter provides an online tool that allows users to convert, compress, resize, and modify DPI for supported image formats (such as JPG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF).

• Upload, process, or transmit any images that are unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

• Upload files containing malicious code, viruses, malware, trojans, or any software designed to disrupt or harm server infrastructure.
• Attempt to circumvent service limits, overload our servers, perform DDoS attacks, or use automated scripts/bots without authorization.
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized commercial resale activities.

4.1. Your Content: You retain full copyright and all ownership rights to any images you upload to the Service. We do not claim any ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over your files.

4.2. Service License: You grant us only the limited, temporary technical license necessary to process, convert, and temporarily store your files solely for providing you with the requested output.

4.3. Site Assets: All trademarks, logos, website design, UI elements, code, and site content are the exclusive property of Image Converter and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Files uploaded and processed through the Service are stored in temporary directories solely for the duration of the conversion and download process. All files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after a short retention period (typically within 1 hour).

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or fully secure at all times.
• The quality of converted images will meet your exact requirements or specifications.
• Files will not be subject to accidental corruption or loss during processing. We strongly recommend keeping local backups of all original files before uploading.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Image Converter and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any loss or corruption of data, images, or business interruption.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data.
• Any third-party conduct or content on the Service, including advertisements.

The Service may display advertisements provided by third parties, such as Google AdSense, and contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
